黃景泰說明會改慶安宮 向媽祖宣告參選？

基隆市議長黃景泰今天上午9點多表示，記者說明會改在慶安宮舉行，時間是上午10點半，他將在媽祖前面公開宣布他的決定，他將先上香，再舉行說明會。幕僚指出，他將公開在媽祖前表明參選的決心。

幕僚說，黃景泰以前每天上午都會先到慶安宮參拜，這次選在慶安宮發表自己的決定，顯然意寓深遠，要媽祖見證他的決心。
