泰反貪委員會裁定　前總理盈拉怠忽職守

泰國反貪委員會(NACC)全體委員做出裁定，前總理盈拉(Yingluck Shinawatra)在稻米補貼政策中怠忽職守，將把案件交給檢察總長辦公室，起訴盈拉。

反貪委員會表示，下周就會將相關案件轉交泰國總檢察長辦公室，然後由控方將案件起訴到泰國最高法院刑事庭，追究盈拉須承擔的責任。

稻米補貼政策自2011年10月開始實施，泰國政府以每噸1.5萬泰銖(約台幣1.4萬元)的價格，向稻農收購稻米。2013年6月，鑒於國際稻米市場形勢和鄰國的競烈競爭，加上稻米數量庫存過多，當時由盈拉主政的泰國政府曾考慮下調稻米收購價格至每噸1.2萬泰銖，但遭到稻農的強烈反彈而作罷。據稱，有關計劃導致泰國蒙受了5000億泰銖損失。

另外，盈拉今天獲得軍政府准許離開泰國，她將於下周出國到歐洲旅遊，相信會去法國為流亡海外的兄長兼前總理塔克辛(Thaksin Shinawatra)慶祝65歲生日。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
