請問之前有過詐欺罪,但是已經和解了

想請各位問一下~~
因為之前在網路賣東西~~但是是幫買家買國外的東西~~
也告知因為要一起集運,所以會很久~~
但是他因為等不及在加上我,因為考試沒有使用網路一個禮拜~~就跑去告我詐欺~~

後來是我發現我郵局帳戶被停用~~才發現我被她告了~~

但是當她告完之後發現我已經要準備幫他寄出了~~

他就說來不及了已經報警~~後來說到傳票然後做筆錄~~

之後開庭~~(開庭只有三分鐘就結束),因為完全是誤會~~

但是我郵局裏面有800元(被停互前只剩這樣)窮學生~~

等到重新申請新的郵局本(小姐說裏面的錢被轉到那位買家了)~~

後來因為工作需要申請良民證~~~*很怕因為有紀錄被不錄用)

請問這樣會有紀錄嗎??

因為在庭上法官只是念一念事情經過~然後說這不是詐欺罪~~只是誤會已經和解了~~然後就說這件案子結束~~叫我跟警察拿重新申請的郵局單子~~

這樣是會有紀錄在上面嗎??因為這件事情麻煩的只有去做筆錄~~之後就結束了~~
