撞死闖紅燈行人　水果攤販判刑6月

【劉昌松／台北報導】李姓水果攤商今年1月5日凌晨，開著休旅車載水果行經台北市建國南路、信義路交叉口時，把正要過馬路的邱姓婦人撞死，高院審理認為李未注意車前狀況雖然有錯，但調閱路口監視錄影顯示，邱婦貿然闖紅燈才是肇事主因，因此僅依業務過失致死罪，判李徒刑6月，本案還可上訴。
