請問埋線拉皮重修

我朋友去台北有一間很有名的兩個字的診所做4D埋線拉皮,
結果3-4個月後根本沒效,
後來再去台中找大容診所張醫師用倒勾線重拉過, 發現效果超級好,
想請問埋線拉皮是要直接做倒勾線,
還是要先做一般的4D埋線拉皮後再去修呢？
(正在猶豫要不要直接去台中, 還是先在台北做)
