天兔挾風雨 花蓮中南區雨量大

天兔颱風挾帶的風雨約於今天凌晨3時起對花蓮造成明顯影響，中南區鄉鎮累積雨量大，玉里鎮和萬榮鄉雨勢強勁。

花蓮地區約於今天凌晨3時起出現較為明顯的風雨，間歇性的雨勢約至上午8時緩和下來，據花蓮氣象站的監測顯示，花蓮中南區鄉鎮累積雨量較大，其中玉里鎮和萬榮鄉的雨勢明顯強勁。

花蓮中南區鄉鎮雨勢雖然不小，但山區土石流預警雨量並未達紅色警戒，不過全縣仍有82條溪流達黃色警戒，花蓮縣災害應變中心提醒民眾應提高警覺。

花蓮中區瑞穗鄉雨勢也相當強勁，造成奇美村道出現坍方現象，南區富里鄉台23線6K至16K小天祥路段，邊坡也出現零星落石，於上午9時機動實施預警性封路。

不過原本實施預警性封路的台11甲線光豐公路，則是於今天上午8時30分起解除封閉措施。

中橫公路、蘇花公路、台11線濱海公路維持正常行駛，並未實施道路封閉。
