男子酒駕被逮拒簽酒測單　「我沒喝那麼多」

【朱俊彥／台中報導】21日凌晨零時30分，中市警方在五權五街發現陳男騎車違規紅燈右轉，攔查不停，追了2條街才停車，陳男停車後，警方聞到身上有濃濃的酒味，經呼氣酒測值達1.06毫克，但陳男看了酒測值後當場拒簽，理由是「我沒喝那麼多」。 

陳男供稱，當晚他與友人在柳川東路一家餐廳聚餐喝酒，席間他只喝了3瓶海尼根啤酒，也不覺得醉，酒測值不可能那麼高，所以拒簽。但警方強調酒測器沒問題，訊後仍公共危險罪嫌將他移送法辦。
