金門縣積極推動低碳島，縣府環保局與大學、電動機車業者合作，補助大學生租騎電動機車，盼減少二氧化碳排放。

縣府環保局訂頒「金門縣102年度試辦學籍在金門縣大專院校學生租賃電動機車補助要點」，今天與電動機車業者在金門大學舉辦電動機車試乘推廣會，由縣府環保局長楊世宏、金門大學校長李金振主持，經濟部電動機車推廣辦公室、金門大學、銘傳大學金門分部師生參加。

楊世宏表示，金大與銘傳大學金門分部學生向校方申請租借電動機車，經核准後將名單送縣府環保局，每人每月補助租金新台幣500元；電動機車業者經縣府環保局審核合格就可出租電動機車給學生。

這學年將補助金大100名學生、銘傳大學金門分部20名學生租用電動機車租金1年。楊姓電動機車業者表示，電動機車按新舊程度每月租金1500元到1800元間，可獲500元補助，且免維修費、汽油費、牌照稅、燃料稅。

縣府環保局在全縣設置71處電動機車充電站，電動機車充電2小時後可跑40、50公里。一般家用電器插座也可充電。

李金振表示，願意爭取更多補助名額，讓更多大學生騎乘便捷的電動機車。

李金振、楊世宏與學生試騎電動機車後稱讚沒有噪音，很多學生排隊登記試騎，並登記租用電動機車。
