【曾佳俊╱新北報導】新北市府統計公車申訴案件，發現民眾最不滿司機態度，及站牌歪斜、標示不清，為了改善公車搭乘品質，市府抽調17名員工偽裝成祕密客，不定時搭車稽查，稽查結果將要求公車業者改善，並列入年度公車評鑑成績。
