亮槍男挺不住　攜模型槍投案

【劉榮輝／台南報導】男子陳國峰在臉書PO模型槍向李姓男子嗆聲，引起警方高度重視，中秋連假埋伏逮人，陳男聞風落跑，警方透過親友策動，今天上午陳男獨自帶著裝有3把長槍、3把短槍模型槍背包到警局投案，經警方進行殺傷力鑑定，初步排除有殺傷力，且全是模型槍，訊後依社會秩序維護法送辦。
 
陳國峰（28歲）今天上午8時，提著1個長背包步入台南市警第四分局偵查隊，表明要來投案，他才走進警局，一眼就被警員認出通報，經警檢視背包內裝有1把衝鋒槍、2把長槍和3把手槍，全是模型槍。
 
陳男大嘆與李姓男子有私人恩怨，一時氣憤在臉書上PO文亮槍嗆聲，照片經網友轉載，雖有網友要他挺住不要撤照，但在警方查緝下，最終還是挺不住，決定攜槍投案。
 
第四分局分局長邱文亮表示，陳男在臉書PO槍照，因槍械幾可亂真，極為聳動，且內容提及幫派火拼，在接獲線報後，馬上成立專案小組著手偵辦，並策動陳男出面投案。
