黃世銘涉洩密案 下午首開庭

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北29日電）台北地方法院今天將首度開庭審理檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，他將出庭。

台北地院將於下午2時30分開庭，由受命法官陳智暉進行準備程序，釐清卷證資料，並請檢辯雙方確認證據、主張及調查方向。黃世銘則透過幕僚表示，屆時會準時出庭，並在庭後接受訪問。

全案由司法官訓練所第51期結業的陳智暉擔任受命法官，40期結業的彭慶文擔任審判長、49期結業的朱家毅擔任陪席法官。台北地檢署公訴組則將由42期結業的女檢察官江貞諭、主任檢察官周慶華及檢察官梁光宗協同出庭。

黃世銘被控在關說案於9月5日偵結前，兩度將案情報告總統馬英九，遭台北地檢署依刑法洩密罪、違反通訊保障及監察法起訴，成為司法史上首位因刑案被起訴的檢察總長。1021129
