由於數字科技(5287-TW)旗下8591寶物交易網在金流受市場質疑有「吸金」之嫌，加上交易餘額處理方式，搶在第三方支付修法之前，有先行偷跑的問題，拖累今(29)日第三方支付概念股股價臉綠，其中歐買尬(3687-TW)下跌逾2%、網家(8077-TW)跌超過3%、商店街(4965-TW)也有1%以上的跌幅。

數字此次被搜索，主因在於該公司在「第三方支付專法」及「電子票證法規」上路前，質疑「先偷跑」，導致「8591寶物交易網」平台帳戶累積超過4億元的餘額鉅款，引來不知名人士檢舉數字科技資金流向不明。

吳聰賢指出，目前數字科技旗下有4個網站300多萬會員，過去就有警方及相關法務單位常致電或來函要求公司提供會員資料及交易歷程，有些法官甚至連網站是什麼都要求說明，「此次檢調來訪的原因很難定義。」

數字為配合上櫃，今年9月就宣布與擁有第三支付業務的玉山銀行合作，將8591的資金、170萬會員無縫轉移玉山銀行，因此目前公司所有金流都符合法令規定。
