心房與心室之間有瓣膜.稱房室瓣.心室與動脈之間也有瓣膜.稱三尖瓣.但動脈管中沒有瓣膜也不需要瓣膜.靜脈是因為居於血液循環末端(離心臟搏出位置最遠處)血壓低.幾乎趨近於零.因此須有瓣膜幫助血液回心臟.大靜脈中有多個瓣膜.印象中沒有特定名稱.
