剛購入一台akitio雲金剛2

想透由iphone外部網路連入，但我的分享器（edimax BR-6478n）似乎無法對應UPnP埠，致使外部網路都連不上，只有家用wifi可連上

正常會自動地在網路路由器中設定連接埠的轉址，但設定好後進去分享器設定裡看akitio雲金剛2的狀態又變成offline（但我實際仍是開機狀態）

請問是我設定出錯了嗎？

請問是是要把akitio雲金剛2的ＩＰ設成固定？要如何設呢？謝謝
