我2014/2/15去遠傳辦理699吃到飽？ 36個月
他送我 imatch 0元手機
2014/9/13無法開機維修，我保證沒摔 沒泡水 沒潮濕

1.我想問的是，不到7個月手機就壞，維修費用他說要看是否人為，但我想問保固1年，算7個月就壞了，那3個月後壞掉要算誰的？

2.我用手機10幾年平均一支手機都超過三年[從摺疊到智慧型手機]，原本的放了很久也都還沒壞，如果他說我人為，我要如何證明？
天啊第一次維修手機。

3. 辦手機那天2/15，他說個天2/16手機早上會開通手機，我急著出國要關漫遊，他給我硬生生拖到下午一點開通，我打電話去門市，他說是總公司問題，我打電話給遠傳服務他說是店家問題，超想解約，於是到遠傳網站客訴，唉呦妙的事，都沒人鳥我，不管是店家，公司沒人道歉，這一切都算了，我只想知道，
如何客訴遠傳才會裡我，是消基會嗎？

到約我立馬解約。
