記者王鼎鈞／台北報導 針對「公民1985行動聯盟」的訴求，總統府發言人李佳霏3日晚間轉述表示，凱道上的聲音反映社會對於軍中人權保障的強烈要求，馬英九總統都聽到了，也肯定大家的訴求。 馬總統認為，國軍存在是為了保國衛民，國軍的人權跟尊嚴絕對不容侵犯。 總統表示，推動軍中人權保障的提升勢在必行，他除全力支持行政院長江宜樺今晚記者會的4點宣示之外，身為三軍統帥，他會持續關心、強力督導國防部7月26日針對軍中管教、申訴制度、人權保障所提出的13項改革措施，務必杜絕類似事件重演。
