香港蘋果日報記者 遭控告藐視法庭

香港蘋果日報兩名記者因為訪問一名已被拘捕和收押的兇殺案嫌犯，被律政司依藐視法庭罪起訴。

今年3月，香港一對老夫婦疑遭兒子殺害，事件轟動全城，而嫌犯被拘押期間，蘋果日報和旗下免費報章爽報刊登了聲稱對嫌犯的訪問。

本地電子媒體今天報導，律政司繼先前控告蘋果日報及爽報藐視法庭罪後，今天再向高等法院聲請，啟動控告蘋果日報兩名記者藐視法庭的程序。

藐視法庭是普通法地區常見的罪行，一般發生在案件進入司法程序，原因包括可能影響審判結果。

由於控告報章及記者可能涉及新聞自由，因此，律政司過去少有提出類似控告。
