半導體設備供應商辛耘(3583-TW)今(17)日股票正式開放信用交易，激勵開盤大漲超過3%，但盤中受台股下跌拖累，漲幅收斂，附近在平盤附近遊走。

辛耘2013年3月12日上市至今已滿6個月，加上每股淨值為21.09元票面以上，同時90個營業日內並沒有股價波動過度劇烈、成交量過度異常及股權過度集中，因此經主管機關核可，今開放信用交易。

辛耘8月營收為2.35億元，月減16.01%，年增16.11%，整體累計前8月營收18.97億元，較去年同期增加35.81%，目前12吋再生晶圓產線稼動率持續滿載，自製的12吋晶圓級封裝(WLP)濕製程設備也有明顯進度，9月營收就會回到成長軌道，對於第3季單季營運相當樂觀。
