王金平假處分案 國民黨提抗告

立法院長王金平涉嫌司法關說被國民黨撤銷黨籍，立法院長資格不保，王金平向法院提起「確認國民黨員資格存在」的民事訴訟，並聲請「定暫時狀態假處分」，請求判決確定前，他能繼續行使中國國民黨黨員權利，合議庭日前裁准王金平的聲請；國民黨委任律師團不服，今天下午到台北地院遞狀，向高院提起抗告。
