臉書羞辱人　婦人判罰3萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭一名36歲孫姓婦人，因弟媳外遇，遷怒弟媳的妹妹朱女，1年前，在朱女臉書社群網頁上留言羞辱朱女是「破麻！」、「臭幾巴！」、「討客兄的賤貨」等語，朱女不甘受辱提告。
 孫婦坦承犯行，辯稱是朱女先罵人，才會施以報復，宜蘭地院審理後，審酌孫婦係因家庭糾紛，致一時思慮輕率失言，今天依公然侮辱罪輕判她拘役30天、得易科罰金3萬元。【更多精彩內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
