國軍辦理軍車保險業務巡迴講習　建立正確防險觀念

（軍聞社記者張富善臺北十六日電）國防部後備指揮部今天在臺北市後備指揮部舉辦「軍車保險業務巡迴講習」，希望藉由講習課程，使官兵瞭解軍車保險相關法令，熟悉作業要領與軍車事故處理程序，建立正確防險觀念。

　該項講習上午在臺北市後備指揮部康寧營區舉行，由臺北市後備指揮部副指揮官廖裕鴻上校主持，計有北部地區三軍部隊三百廿五人參加；會中，分別由陸軍後勤指揮部介紹「軍車安全防衛駕駛」，憲兵指揮部說明「軍車肇事調處與預防」及後備指揮部講解「軍車保險作業規定」，並進行綜合座談，瞭解各單位建議事項與執行情形。

　廖上校表示，為預防軍車肇事，確保人車安全及避免軍民糾紛，國防部每年均由後備指揮部依法為軍車投保強制汽車責任險外，另加保第三人責任險，以協助單位解決困難及確保官兵權益。
