松山機場旁土地開發企劃徵選　下月開標

【郭寶懃／台北報導】北市都發局「研擬松山機場暨周邊地區土地整體發展計畫」委託案將徵選研究企劃團隊，該案規劃範圍以松山機場為核心，北側以中山高速公路，東側以基隆河，南側以南京東路，西側以新生北路所圍區域，做整體規劃，將於10月28日下午5時截止收件，並於10月29日開標。

都發局表示，為了配合機場未來發展需求，除了從產業、土地使用規劃、交通系統規劃、公共設施系統規劃、生態景觀系統規劃等面向進行總體分析規劃外，還要從未取得的機場用地、周邊受機場使用限制未充分利用的土地，及國防部釋出軍事用地的土地使用計劃作深入分析。
