騙倒韓國現代集團子公司　男自稱滿清皇族後裔又騙到55億

一個以張姓男子為首的詐騙集團，3年前曾透過虛設的人頭公司，詐騙韓國現代集團的子公司得手；不料他去年又另起爐灶，竟又自稱是滿清皇族後裔，向2家廠商詐騙共55億元得逞。檢警循線將他和集團成員逮捕，並依詐欺罪將張男等5人起訴。

檢警調查發現，52歲的張姓男子和48歲的離職李姓警員，去年3月共組上慶集團，2人分別擔任董事長和總經理。其中李男自稱是滿清皇族後裔、李男則冒稱日本皇族後裔，公司可協助企業和個人投資、借貸。根據《聯合報》報導，去年7月一名數位科技公司負責人因急需資金，透過金融掮客認識張男。

被害人向張男公司透過國際資金借貸，張男趁機向被害人拿走公司支票和本票共55億元做為保證金，被害人等了4個月遲遲未拿到貸款，才驚覺上當，隨即報案逮人，保住尚未兌現的支票。警方查出張男以相同手法，同樣詐騙某生技公司330萬得逞。

警方深入追查，張姓主嫌在3年前曾假冒國際金融集團，曾騙倒韓國現代集團的子公司，案件還在高等法院審理中，沒想到他交保之後竟又故技重施。
