那一種輪班方式比較傷身體?

一直固定的輪班,反而會比輪值三班還要好

因為一直固定的輪班只是作息跟人家不一樣

只要自己維持固定的生活型態,就跟一般人家固定上白班是一樣的

但如果要輪值三班,比較容易有睡眠調整不好、影響代謝與肝臟功能的問題

也比較容易疲勞喔
