同志不滿男友欲分手　誹謗恐嚇判賠百萬

【洪振生／屏東報導】屏東縣郭姓男同志不滿張姓男友有意分手，竟在外散佈暗示張男罹患愛滋病文字照片，還痛陳張男父母縱容其子與男人亂搞，並寄張男露鳥照給宜蘭住處鄰居，讓張男受鄰里巷議，屏東地院民事庭判決郭男需賠償張男100萬元、張男父母各60萬元。
 
刑事部份，屏東地院日前判郭男誹謗和恐嚇危害安全罪，應執行徒刑1年2個月，理由除了郭男散佈毀損張男及其父母名譽圖文，他還假冒黑道之名傳送訊息：「你真的不像男子，我感覺你應該很想當母的」、「到時我把你割下的血，讓你喝看是甜的還是鹹的」令張男看後心生畏懼，致生危害於安全。
