國父紀念館前館長 侵占改判有罪

國父紀念館前館長曾坤地被控擔任中正紀念堂管理處長期間，代表台灣人民接受中國三百書畫院贈送的千萬畫作「媽祖護祐中華聖象」，沒有交付中正紀念堂。台灣高等法院撤銷一審法院無罪判決，審酌曾以官方身分受贈，依侵占罪判他有期徒刑一年十月，緩刑四年。全案仍可上訴。

判決指出，二○○九年台灣遭莫拉克颱風重創，中國三百書畫院找來知名藝術家董本義、董科靈集體創作，以黃金、舌尖血等顏料精心繪製「媽祖護祐中華聖象」，希望贈送台灣人民，為台灣災民祈福。

據了解，畫作是大幅工筆畫，歷時一年才完工，價值約六百萬元人民幣，折合台幣約兩千八百萬元。

二○一○年六月，當時擔任中正紀念堂管理處處長的曾坤地，以「協商文物展出事宜」為由請假，赴大陸北京旅遊，被友人臨時找去參加「海峽兩岸文化交流暨媽祖畫象交接儀式」，並受贈畫作。

不過曾返台後，未將畫作送交中正紀念館入庫典藏，後來接任國父紀念館館長，他未辦理移交，將畫作擺在自己的辦公室內。
