我是國立地方大學畢業英文系工作經驗一年多目前拿到兩個OFFER 想請大家幫我選選 X翔海運業務助理京X百貨行銷企劃薪水 30K 每年會調薪一次 28K 公司賺錢會有紅利分紅獎金都會依績效考核給予年終和三節獎金工時標榜上班7.5小時(?) 須輪班假日要輪值路途騎機車25分鐘騎機車10分鐘其實我心之所向是行銷企劃但我怕我會吃不消輪班制度畢竟百貨業是要跟著節慶跑再來是這工作感覺可以學到很多東西而且對這產業有興趣 (女生嘛!) 再來的話X翔海運 "應該"發展性比較大? 其實我不是很了解海運這塊再來是標榜工作7.5小時有點吸引我(但應該會加班拉) 想請大家給我建議謝謝大家 --
