標題[心得] 明治premium膠原蛋白粉2個月心得

(第一次在此版發文，若有違反版規之類的請告知) 我是從7月開始吃明治的Premium膠原蛋白粉， 這款跟一般版的成份比起來，多了Q10等營養(?)成份 吃了3天，早上明顯覺得臉變白了(也太神奇了吧XD) 因為我本人臉皮膚真的不好，從小就是油性長痘皮膚 現在30幾歲雖然不大長痘了，但也留下許多疤跟毛孔粗大 所以我希望透過膠原蛋白粉讓我變一個人啊(泣) 第1罐我是在Y拍買的，大約1千多台幣 8月初我就去日本扛了一堆回來，1包約8~9百台幣 雖然跟普版比貴了不少，但青春無價啊!! 不過9月初開始覺得不大對勁， 我MC上次來是8/1，一直都是超級準時28天 但一直到今天(9/14)了，MC還是沒來!!!!!!! 去婦產科看了，沒懷孕~~ 上PTT看才發現有不少人吃了膠原蛋白粉亂經??!! 而且這次去婦產科檢查，去年一切正常，今年卻多了1顆小子宮肌瘤 雖然無法證明是否有關，但短短1年的變化也~ 所以還是先停用明治了，唉 也許它會讓我皮膚好，但健康的身體還是最重要的啊~~ 可惜了我囤的一堆膠原蛋白粉XDD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 182.234.39.102 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1410660685.A.9C6.html
