System32底下的Local Settings容量

最近看了一下電腦C槽容量
才發現容量幾乎都被吃光了
於是開始找哪里吃掉了

一般來說WINDOWS資料夾應該不會太大

但是我的高達45G
往更細裡面的部份尋找

在system32 / config / Local settings / Temp這裡就佔了40G

打開來看發現裡面幾乎全部都是

Microsoft .NET Framework開頭的 html 與 txt

請問這些是什麼東西?
可以刪除嗎?
可以刪除的化是否需要什麼特別的步驟才不會影響到電腦運作?
