凱雷與泰國卜蜂聯手競購百佳超市

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】根據《華爾街日報》報導，美國私募基金凱雷集團聯手泰國億萬富豪謝國民麾下的卜蜂集團(Charoen Pokphand Group) 競購香港連鎖企業百佳超市(ParknShop)，將出資40億美元，目前已聘請花旗、瑞士銀行擔任此次競購交易的顧問。
