海鷗增強為中颱　明後天更熱

在菲律賓東方海面的颱風海鷗，已於今天早上8時增強為中度颱風，中心位置目前在鵝鑾鼻東南方約880公里的海面上，以每小時22公里的速度向西北西、朝菲國呂宋島移動，中央氣象局預估，海鷗未來將進入南海，往廣東至海南島一帶前進，應該不會直接侵襲台灣。
 
氣象局表示，隨著海鷗逐漸接近，基隆北海岸、東北部地區容易下局部短暫陣雨，中午過後南部地區及中部以北山區容易有局部雷陣雨。到了晚上，海鷗的外圍雲系將影響東半部、南部地區以及北部山區，這些地方都很容易下雨，特別是台東及恆春半島；且從今天起，台灣沿海及外島就容易颳強風及長浪。
 
氣象局預估海鷗將影響台灣天氣至後天，但特別的是，明、後天北部、中部剛好位於背風沉降區，反而會變熱，可能有36℃高溫。周三、四南部、東南部及東部仍有局部短暫陣雨，中部以北、東北部午後有局部短暫雷陣雨，各地白天高溫約32至35℃。（蔡永彬／台北報導）
