標題[請益] Planner工作內容

最近剛剛應徵上某OEM廠的Planner, 目前還是新人階段，卻老是聽到其他planner在抱怨這裡的planner管太多雜事 (這個planner是從另一個OEM廠跳來的) 從Commit 下工單 盯產線 到出貨所有大小屁事到要管 因為任何一件小屁事都可能讓他De commit 又跟其他同事交流後，他們說這個職缺是production planner 其實是生管和Planner的結合!? 想請問版上有Planner經驗的前輩，Planner的職務範圍一般來說是怎麼樣的呢？ 品牌廠/OEM/ODM廠的Planner又有沒有什麼不同的地方呢？ 可否大家交流一下?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 71.198.208.73 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1410502060.A.960.html
