標題[問題] 台南市推薦的皮膚科(急)

以下幫友人代PO 已經有去看過許多皮膚科 三奇 許乃仁 醫生說我這是過敏性皮膚 與悶熱會造成 但是看了好多次 吃藥 擦藥 的確都有些許改善 以及穿著都為短褲 通風 但是藥完了 還是一直養 根本就是無時無刻在抓癢 造成很大的困擾 不知道是否友人有類似經驗 可以推薦一下 ? http://i.imgur.com/G4VG8hC.jpg
