訂金都付了 房東還換房間

您好我想請問一件事

我看中了一間套房,一個月前訂金付了也有收據上面寫上我是預定哪一間,今天我要搬家,昨晚先去問房東能不能先搬一點放,房東竟然跟我說我原本住的那間房客要續租,所以換一間房型價錢一樣的給我,我聽了很不開心.第一你要這麼做可以但是要先跟我溝通讓我同意,第二我訂金都付了不代表你不能再讓別人住了嗎,第三換一間房型價錢也不能了事,因為採光什麼的都一定不一樣(即使房東說一樣)我當初看了好久選A房間,搬進去前一天突然說改成B房間. 這樣合理嗎?我可以堅持我的立場或是採取什麼行為嗎? 今天要跟房東談判,請問我要怎麼說才能更有說服力. 我只是個剛畢業的學生,怕房東看我還年輕就不重視這件事. 謝謝!
