沒有，如果你是比照公家機關放假日制度的話，
人事行政局已經公布的115天假期中並沒有包含雙十節的連續假期，
公告文中的說明有強調得自行請假才能形成四天假期，
只要算算115天假期就知道沒有包含那天了...
