一~五局開始的發球者是誰?

假設:
AB一隊,CD一隊.
第一局開始A發C接.......然後第一局結束.

那第二局~第五局開始的發球者是誰?

關於決勝局.
決勝局某隊得5分時,
要換場地,
分數和為奇數時,不用交換球權,但是接球方兩人要互換位置.
分數和為偶數時,要交換球權,但是接球方兩人不用互換位置.

這樣子對嗎?
